Since
1996, our core group of volunteers has traveled to a small Haitian
mountain village. Every trip is a new experience, each case a new
challenge. Although no procedure is more important than another,
upon occasion, an encounter sends us home never to be the same,
for we have been touched by something much larger, much more complete.
As we look beyond our own self to that which is so much greater,
the lessons of this journey meld into our soul.
